-Coolers are below 4 degC
-Temperature log's being maintained
-Hand sinks are fully equipped
-Dishwasher rinse temperature is 76 degC at plate level
-Abell Pest control is on contract. No concerns noted.
-200ppm Quats available for use. A timer is being used to indicate when the sanitizers require refreshing.
-Filters were last changed in July, 2018. A new filter system is in place (Pentair). Pre-filter needs to be changed every 3 months and the 4 carbon filters need to be changed yearly. Mark down the year on the date stamps as well.
-Carbonated drinks are no longer being sold. The tanks and system have been removed.
