Observation: Hot water supply limited at kitchen food prep sink and washrooms.
Correction: Repair / replace hot water tank to restore and maintain hot water supply at all premise plumbing fixtures.

Rice leftovers no longer retained, rice made fresh upon premise opening. Rice warmer 71 C
Potentially hazardous foods not observed stored at room temperature. Ensure foods are take out of refrigeration only when needed for food preparation and returned to refrigeration when not needed.
Hot water tank serving food prep sink and washrooms, has been replaced. Hot water supply restored at all plumbing fixtures.
Required cleaning completed. Ensure premise sanitation is maintained on a daily basis.
