Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handwashing station in kitchen found to have blocked assess.Handwashing station must be easily accessible at all times for proper handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Employee onsite removed the items found in handwashing sink so sink is now accessible.
Ensure the handwashing station is easily accessible at all times.

Observation: Rice cooker was found on the floor during time of inspection. All foods/equipment must be atleast 6 inches off the floor and protected from contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Rice cooker must be placed on proper shelf/surface that is off the floor.
This must be completed immediately.

Observation: The following areas require cleaning and sanitizing:
1. Dry storage area
2. All coolers and freezers
3. Under the sink and cooking areas
Corrective Action(s): All areas require cleaning immediately. Deep cleaning must be completed on routine basis.

Observation: Employee onsite does not have foodsafe certification. Atleast one person with foodsafe certification must be onsite at all times.
Corrective Action(s): Employee(s) must have foodsafe certification. Employee to obtain foodsafe certification as soon as possible.

Comments

Routine inspection.
Handwashing sink is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are at 4c or less.
All freezers are at -18c or colder.
Themometers are available in all coolers.
NOTE: one cooler is not in operation at this time. There is no food being stored in this cooler. Cooler needs to be repaired as soon as possible.
Foods were found to be thawing under cold running water during time of inspection.
3 compartment sink is available with bleach.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration.
Note: All food items are take out only. No menu changes have occurred.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
