Handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
Note: Please replace a liquid soap container in the wall-mounted dispenser at the front handwashing station (very small amount of soap in it right now).
Coolers (walk in, prep, upright, meat) < or = to 4 C.
Freezer (upright) - satisfactory.
Temperature log was available on site.
3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Quat sanitizer available (at 200 ppm).
Surface sanitizer (a front spray container) - container must be properly labeled as well as refreshed.
Dry storage area - organized; food is stored safely at the time of inspection.
No signs of pest activity.
