Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer found during time of inspection for the cleaning and sanitizing of all food contact areas. Empty sanitizer bottle was found under the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer (either bleach water or quaternary ammonium compound) is required at all times for sanitizing of all food contact surfaces. Do not sure a glass cleaner or degreaser for this purpose. During time of inspection, employee was able to make 100ppm concentration of bleach water to use for sanitizer. Sanitizer is to be made daily and used for sanitizing all food contact areas.

Handwashing station for employees is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Handwashing station in washroom for public use is in sanitary condition and equipped with hot and cold running water. Liquid soap and paper towels are available and all dispensers are permanently mounted to wall.
Walkin cooler is at 4c and equipped with thermometer.
Deli case (display cooler) is at 1c and equipped with thermometer.
All freezers are at -18c or below.
Note: There is no hot holding.
All foods are located off the floor.
Slurpee machines are cleaned daily basis.
Ice machine is in sanitary condition. Ice scoop is being stored separately and protected from contamination.
