Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer spray measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. Prep coolers and 2 walk-in coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. All violations in previous report#JCHY-CGBQRV have been corrected: -Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition. -Wood observed to be sealed used to hang measuring cups, lemon squeezer, scissors, etc. next to handwashing sink. Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
