Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CGFPFU
Significant improvements noted on the sanitary conditions noted since the last inspection.
Interior of both the keg reach-in cooler and 2-door reach-in cooler noted sanitary.
No more heavy carbon and grease buildup noted on the deep fryer.
Ceiling vent appears dust free.
Soft drink ice dispenser noted sanitary.
Operator was unable to fix the temperature gauges on the dishmachine. However, a water proof thermometer, that allows for the registration of maximum temperature, is now available onsite. Reviewed with operators how to use this thermometer. Make sure staff uses this thermometer at the start of using the dishmachine to verify that it is able to reach to minimum required temperature for sanitation before use (71C or 160F).
