- Sanitation has improved. Please continue to clean high touch surfaces and ensure grease and grime do not accumulate
- Bean sprouts now observed stored with a block of ice to ensure it stays cold
- Chemical and food now observed to be stored separately
- Dry storage has been decluttered and organized
- In use utensils observed to be stored dry
- No food observed stored at room temperature
- No food observed stored directly on the ground without pest proof containers
- Stand up cooler by the prep cooler now observed to be properly stocked (not over stocked).

Note:
- Ventilation hood still needs to be routinely degreased and cleaned.
- Insert level of prep cooler still observed to be over stocked.
>>> Do not put containers in/on top of inserts as that obstructs cold air from circulating
>>> Store containers in the bottom compartment of the cooler or directly store the food in the inserts
- Please log temperatures twice a day for all coolers and freezers.
