- Produce store which sells whole fruits and vegetables and pre-packaged foods. Produce is only trimmed; not sold cut. - Overall sanitation was satisfactory. Ensure food products are stored 15cm off of the ground. - Hot and cold running water was supplied to sinks (2 compartment and staff washroom handsink) - Liquid soap and paper towel present at 2 compartment sink and staff washroom - Reviewed manual cleaning and sanitizing procedures for produce trimming knives and cutting boards. Wash, rinse sanitize, air dry. - Chlorine bleach present, chlorine test strips present - Stoppers/plugs for sink present - Manual dishwashing sign posted. - Walk-in cooler, produce cooler and retail sliding door coolers were at 4C or colder - Retails freezers were -12C to -22C - No signs of pest infestation. Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
