Routine inspection conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers used to stored non-perishable food items and is used to prolong the quality of the food product. Coolers were 10C and thermometers present.
- General sanitation is good.
- No signs of pests. Abell Pest Company contracted to monitor (internal and external) the facility every week.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Alcohol based sanitizer used on equipment.
- All foods stored in groups (wheat, nuts, soy, etc.); 6" off the floor on pallets or racks; and in covered, food grade containers.
- Facility is HACCP certified, and registered with CFIA.
- No expired food ingredients observed. FIFO rules being followed.
- All in order. |
