It was noted the sanitizing solution bucket was not available for the dishwasher. Corrective Action(s): Manager set up manual dishwashing at the 2 compartment sink with 200 ppm quats solution. Dishwasher can be used for washing and rinsing, but sanitizing must be performed manually. Violation Score: 5
