Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in glass washer registred at 0 ppm iodine. Sanitizer and detergent were empty at time if inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Chemical containers were replaced and chemicals were primed in glass washer. Iodine sanitizer regerstered at 12.5 ppm

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1.Containers of food in walk in cooler and undercounter cooler stocked on top of each other without liks or adequate covers.
2. Left over canned food product not transfered to food grade containers.
3. Scoops observed inside food product.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not stack food containers on top of each other without covering food with an adequate cover or lid (food grade).
2. Left over canned food to be transferred to a food grade container.
3. Store scoops outside of food product

Observation: Rodent droppings ovserved in back prep area ( near large cooler). in dry storage area and at the end of hallway in dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Thorowly clean and sanitize areas were rodent droppings were observed. Monitor pest activity in these areas. Follow up with professional pest control company

Observation: Back enterior double doors were open for an extended period of time during inspection. Once doors were closed, visible gap was observed below the doors.
Corrective Action(s): Keep back exterior doors closed and fill the gap present below the doors.

Frozen meat observed in adequate thawing procedure(under running water)
