General cleanliness in store area good. **ceiling of walk-in cooler beginning to deteriorate. Recommended to operator develop a plan to re-finish ceiling (paint beginning to flake and mould and/or black dust beginning to accumulate. Currently the interior is painted. Suggest alternative surface with better durability.
