Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) In use utensils placed in warm water and not changed frequently.
(2) Foods were not stored in separate containers after opening metal cans( corns, coconut milk, and evaporated milk)
Corrective Action(s): (1) In use utensils must be placed in ice water OR hot water and change water every 30minutes.
(2) After opening cans, foods must be stored in Separate containers. Cans may cause leaching after opened and contaminate food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) Dead cockroach noted in hard to reach area near chemical dishwasher
(2) Fan covers in stand cooler appear dirty with dust build-ups.
((3) Deep fryer racks appear dirty with grease build-ups.
Corrective Action(s): (1) Clean and bleach affected area and keep monitoring for any pest activities
(2) Clean fan covers immedately as it can cause food contamination.
(3) Frequently clean deep fryer racks to prevent from microbial growth
