Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted soap and chlorine sanitized mixed in spray bottle. No concerns with cloths stored in chlorine sanitizer 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Do not mix soap and sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station beside the floor entry to lower level storage had a bowl in the sink and did not have paper towel. No concerns with other hand sinks in the premises (fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel as well as unobstructed).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand was stations are unobstructed and fully equipped at all times.

Chest freezers x6 all less than -18C
All hot holding higher than 60C
Frozen foods noted thawing appropriately under cold running water in food preparation sink.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Back door was closed at time of inspection.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
