302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink was measured at less than 50 ppm. Staff stated the stock sanitizer bottle was empty and they did not have time to switch it out. Corrective Action(s): Staff switched out the stock Quats bottle and refilled the sink with 200 ppm Quats sanitizer. Violation Score: 5
