Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Bleach sanitizer measured at 50ppm. This is not strong enough to kill pathogens.
- Wiping rags with food debris & stains.
Corrective Action(s):
- Bleach sanitizer was made again at the time of inspection. Employee does know how to make 100ppm chlorine. Ensure to replenish the sanitizer solution when the water gets murky.
- Ensure wiping rags are stored inside the sanitizer solution when not in use.

Observation:
- Front handsink lacking single use paper towels.
- Back handsink cold water knob is broken.
Corrective Action(s):
- Paper towels were reloaded.
- Operator stated they need to repair the handsink. Ensure to have the cold water available at the back kitchen sink by the end of the month.

Observation:
- Operator was not present when the inspection started. No other staff has valid foodsafe training.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to train at least one staff (who is in the kitchen most of the time) with foodsafe level 1. Otherwise, operator has to be present at the store at all times. Kitchen staff agreed to take foodsafe course in their native language by the end of this year.
