Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1)Dishwasher at 0ppm Chlorine
2) No sanitizer on site to manually sanitize dishes or surfaces
Corrective Action(s): 1)Dishwasher is out of Chlorine sanitizing liquid. Ensure dishwasher always has 50ppm chlorine for sanitizing dishes. Use test strips on site to check the dishwasher daily.by April 21/23
2) Purchase bleach or other approved santizers to ensure dishes are being santized and surfaces are being sanitized after use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Soap dispenser in hand sink by display cooler is empty.
2) Paper towel dispenser at other hand sink by the ice machine is not working properly
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure soap dispenser is refilled as soon as it is empty
2) Ensure paper towel dispenser is working properly to allow for proper hand washing to take place by April 21/23

Observation: Purchase new container of chlorine sanitizer for dishwasher and ensure it is at 50ppm at the dish surface.
For now, use the 2 compartment sink with chorox/chlorine solution to sanitize dishwashes after they have been washed.

-Soap and paper towels available at 1 hand sink, handsink by ice machine requires paper towel dispenser to be repaired
-Dishes must be sanitized in 2 compartment sink using 100ppm chlorox/chlorine solution as I have shown staff how to make
-chlorine/chlorox solution of 100ppm made in spray bottle to be used on surfaces
-all temps met health requirements
-general sanitation good
