Observation: Raw meats stored next to lemons and green onions in walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Reorganize so the raw meats are stored below the lemons and green onions. Correct as soon as possible.

Observation: Operator states the bottom spray arm in the dishwasher is not working properly. Currently utensils and equipment are being manually washed and sanitized at the two compartment sink. Dishwasher is still capable of dispensing 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the spray arm in the dishwasher. Correct as soon as possible.
