Both coolers are keeping food at 4C or colder. "Jones" cooler is only for pop and bottled water. Ice cream from approved source - ingredient information is available. Spray bottle has chlorine sanitizing solution Reviewed wash, rinse, sanitize, air drying (every 2-4 hours) procedures for scoops, utensils and yogurt homogenizer machine. (Use 1 tsp bleach in 1 litre water) Hot dogs to be heated to 74C No objections to you opening. Obtain city approval also. For future sandwiches/salads: Submit Food Safety Plans.
