When using an automatic dispenser, ensure that chemical is running through the pipes before filling bottles.

Follow-up inspection

First floor servery:
-Rodent droppings on shelf have not been fully cleaned/removed. Remove all bowls and sanitize. Place all utensils/dishes in areas that are protected from contamination.

Third floor:
-Two door cooler temperature registered at 5-6 C. Cooler is continuing to be serviced until it reaches 4 C or below.
-Surface sanitizer in spray bottle registered at 0 ppm quats again.
-Staff should be sanitizing all surfaces with sanitizer prior to use.

Note: inspection was carried out during non operating hours (break between lunch and dinner service).
