- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm - 200 ppm in spray bottle. **Ensure to label your spray bottle.
- Ready-to-eat menu items include pizza and fried chicken only.
- Pizza prep cooler not in use.
- Back glass-door cooler and walk-in cooler (shared with meat production side) measured 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer (shared with meat production side) measured -19C.
- No hot-holding at this facility.
