Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted:

-All handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at this time.
Discussed with Assistant Manager at this time. Assistant Manager had advised staffs should be washing hands at the front stations available, NOT at the back. GOOD! This is different from what the Manager had advised during the routine inspection last week.

-Ensure all sanitizer buckets are refilled on a regular basis, following the corporate's approved Food Safety Plan.

As per progressive enforcement, incompliance with CODE 302 or 401 in future inspections will automatically issued a Correction Order and/or Violation Ticket(s).
Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
