Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on June 1st, 2018 (JMAA-AZBVQ2. - Area around slushie machines has been cleaned and sanitized. Sugary residues have been wiped and no ants were observed around premise at time of inspection - Opened and dented juice bottles and cans have been removed from area - Flooring has been cleaned and was in sanitary condition at time of inspection - Washroom area has been maintained and is open again for customer use. Sink area stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Thank you for your efforts.
