Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not dispensing any sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Cook made up sink with bleach/water at 200ppm chlorine at time of inspection. Soak dishes for two minutes after washing and rinsing to manually sanitize until dishwasher has been serviced.

Observation: Dishwasher not dispensing any sanitizer and rinse aid tube not connected.
Corrective Action(s): Have dishwasher serviced immediately. Chlorine test strips to be obtained as well, and dishwasher log to be used. Contact EHO once fixed. Dishwasher to be serviced annually before opening each year.

-floor in front of walk-in freezer has been replaced

-temperature logs in use for coolers and freezers
-soup hot held at >60C
-ice wands available in walk in freezer for cooling soups
-bleach/water bucket at 200ppm chlorine for sanitizing
-discussed cleaning/sanitizing practices of deli slicer - not used daily, when used it is disassembled, cleaned, and sanitizer after use
-Boil Water Notice Q&A for Food Establishments provided and reviewed with cook and Operations Manager
-cook has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate, one front service worker has their FoodSafe expiring on July 29, 2018, information card provided
-facility monitors for rodents with physical snap traps
-ensure to follow manufacturer's directions for cleaning ice machines
