The facility is supplying baked goods to Cafe divano (Port moody, Coquitlam, and Burnaby)
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sinks
-Quats sanitizer in buckets >200ppm
- Accurate thermometers are provided
-Temp of all coolers and freezer are satisfactory
-Dishwasher temp >71 at plate
* Temp log sheet is on site- ensure to record monitoring data for dishwasher at least once daily
* Discussed attention to personal hygiene for staff- limit bare hand contact with ready to eat products- wearing hear nets to prevent any possible hair falling to foods.
