Corrective Action(s): This may cause confusion for employees, make sure that the sanitizer is in a spray bottle labelled as sanitizer. Purchase more spray bottles since there is only one available at the time of inspection.

3 compartment sink available with Quat used for sanitizing step.
Sanitizer spray bottle readily available with 200 ppm Quat.
Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temps operating at or below -18 degrees C.
No signs of pests. Pest management plan in place.
FoodSafe Certified staff present at time of inspection.
