Observation: Sanitizer bottle for QUAT (pink solution) was used for hydrogen peroxide. This bottle is not labelled properly. Hydrogen peroxide is a disinfectant and not a good grade sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the food grade sanitizer bottle is the right solution QUATS at 200 to 400 ppm. Test and log daily chemical sanitizer. Ensure all chemical bottles are accurately labelled. Correction required today.
