Corrective Action(s): Ensure the food grade sanitizer bottle is the right solution QUATS at 200 to 400 ppm. Test and log daily chemical sanitizer. Ensure all chemical bottles are accurately labelled. Hydrogen peroxide 7% DIN 024064 for common touch contact surfaces only. Linen launder on site at high temp. w/ bleach. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available. Dry storage satisfactory. No food products stored on grease trap. Permit posted at front desk. Cooler at 4C. Freezer at -18.0C and below.
