Corrective Action(s): All points noted above during initial inspection and still have not been corrected:
1. Ensure all light fixtures have protective covers installed.
2. All raw wood must be sealed with paint or stained to prevent wood from absorbing moisture. All materials in kitchen must be smooth, durable, easy to clean and non-absorbent.
3. All surfaces in kitchen such as ceiling, floor and walls must be sealed to prevent pest entry and allow for easy cleaning. Fill hole and cover with coving along wall behind ice machine.

Ice machine used by sports and athletics groups from the school only.
Recommended removal of ice machine from kitchen if it is not used by kitchen staff for meal prep or processing.
