Follow up inspection is conducted:
- Requirement for cooking of donair meat discussed and reviewed with the operator. Following steps must be followed - cooking, secondary cooking step in oven, serve immediately or hot hold at 60C. If the cooked meat is cooled (as discussed) and stored in cooler at less than 4C, reheated in oven and served after that
- The gas stove is now removed from premises
- Sanitizer solution is available at 100ppm chlorine solution
- Foodsafe training is verified, operator has recently completed the training. Temporary certificate dated Aug 21 2022 is available for review
