Paper based inspection Report #F00241940: Temporary structure now in place. Flooring sealed concrete. Temporary coolers (3) registered at 3 deg C. Freezer registered -19 deg C. -Frozen pies come from a commercial plant in Burnaby. Upright cooler was at 3-4 deg C. -Provide an accurate thermometer. Slushie machine - cleaned and sanitized in the apple cider production area. No food preparation - all prepackaged foods. Hand sink available - need to hook up to heater. Bleach sanitizer available (100 ppm). Note: For permanent structure, please contact your EHO for plan approval, etc. prior to constructing. Thanks.
