Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Following food products were observed on sale with signficant mouldy spots and person incharge discarded them during inspection:
- 1x green pepper
- 1x Korean melon
Corrective Action(s): Do not sell contaminated food or food which is unfit for human consumption. It is recommended to regularly screen the inventory and remove unfit/contaminted food off the shelves/display.

Observation: Flies were noted throughout the facility but primarily in the front area near walk in cooler and back of the facility. Staff stated that pest control company conducts regular checks.
Corrective Action(s): - Consult your pest control company and have control measures in place to address the ongoing pest issues in the facility.
- Regularly clean the facility/shelving units and remove any dead flies.

Observation: - Mouldy food products were noted inside the facility.
- Food debris, spilled sugar and build up in the corners/along walls.
Corrective Action(s): - Regularly clean the facility and ensure that it is maintained in good sanitary condition to prevent build up of food debris.
- Clean up food spills immediately.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of walk in cooler & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezer at -18C or below
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink available. Drain plugs and bleach bottle onsite.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

NOTE - Facility is in process of moving shelving units around to make more space for produce in the front area.
