Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk-in cooler was at 5C to 6C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure walk-in cooler is able to maintain temperatures at/or below 4C on a consistent basis. Cooler was adjusted to 4C at the time of inspection. Continue to monitor cooler and contact a service technician if cooler is unable to maintain 4C on a consistent basis.

Comments

-Both meat display coolers were at 4C.
-Front upright cooler was at 4C.
-New upright freezers (2) in the back area were both at -18C (replaced chest freezers)
-Customer upright freezers (2) were at -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Meat grinder and meat saw sanitized every 2 hours and disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the night.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Packaged foods in good condition and within the best before dates.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
