-Follow-up inspection to September 20, 2019. -Refrigeration unit shelf liners have been removed and temperature throughout the cooler was at 3C to 4C. -Sign has been placed by the food samples informing customers to ask staff for assistance. Samples are dispensed with tongs or single use gloves. -Bleach sanitizer was tested at 200ppm. -Cardboard has been removed from the flooring area. -Health Permit hand delivered to facility. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
