Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations maintained. Liquid soap and paper towels fully stocked.
- Cooler casings measured at or below 4C. Walk -in cooler measured at or below 4C. Walk in freezer measured at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring log kept updated.
- Cooler casing for sandwiches measured at or below 4C.
- Soups Hot holding unit measured above 60C. Hand sanitizer available for customers.
- 200-400 QUAT sanitizer available in sani-buckets with wiping cloths stored in the solution. Sanitizer available in spray bottles.
- 3-comp sink maintained. sanitizer dispenser maintained. No issues noted at this date.
- High temp dishwasher registered at 76C in the final rinse water.
- Roasted chicken internal temperature observed being measured during cook, after cook and roasted chicken bagged and stored properly.
- Meat slicer noted being clean and maintained. A back up meat slicer observed clean.
- No sign of pest activity noted at this date.

Reminder: walls in walk-in cooler are to be clean and maintained free from dust and build ups. Also compressor fan is to be cleaned from dust.
