- New floor plans have been provided - drying rack has been installed - sanitizer is onsite, bucket was 200ppm quat - chlorine bleach is onsite as well - dishwasher had a final rinse off 71C at plate, no soap foaming - permit fee of $50.00 received - Operator is foodsafe certified. Reminder: 1 person at all times needs to be onsite with Foodsafe. - Premises is ok to open provided approval granted from all other agencies.
