COVID-19 assessment conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan not available at the time of inspection Mask policy in place. Sanitizer available at front till. Disinfectant available on the manufacturing floor. NOTE: Have a COVID-19 Safety Plan developed and onsite, have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees/visitors, have signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter, and have approved disinfectant at front of till. Once a COVID-19 Safety Plan has been developed, email it to the district EHO.
Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Gradient filter, 5 and 1 micron filters, and membrane filters are changed according to differential pressure.
Charcoal filter is acid-washed every week and media changed every year.
UV bulb is changed on April 25, 2020.
Water jugs are disinfected with ozone and peroxide.
70% isopropyl alcohol used to disinfect contact surfaces.
Reservoir disinfected every 6 months with 30% peroxide.
No signs of pest observed.
NOTE: Cover all water jugs being stored to prevent contamination, declutter warehouse, and restart documenting the changing of filters.
