- Stainless steel hand washing sink has been re-installed and properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - High-temperature dishwasher working properly and reached 72.2C at the dish surface during sanitizing rinse cycle - good. - Sandwich prep cooler being used as dry storage cabinet - OK. Other properly working coolers available. - Bags of recycled bottles/containers have been removed from facility, and decluttering has been done. Please ensure to keep the kitchen and storage areas organized, with all items stored off the ground. - Deep cleaning of facility has been completed. *Reminderr to submit written food safety plans for proposal to prepare some new, simple menu items requiring heating. Health approval prior to offering new menu items is required.
