Observation: Under counter cooler at 9.7 C at the time of inspection.
Note: Thermometer in the cooler at 9.8 C (Temperature log indicated 3.8 C).
Observed excessive accumulation of ice on a right side in the cavity of the cooler.
Correction: Please repair/service the under counter cooler. Temperature of the cooler/in the cavity/ must be = < 4.0 C.
