Routine inspection of the Food Store and Meat Department conducted.

Temperatures:
- Back coolers were at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Display coolers for prepackaged items: <4C
- Display freezer for prepackaged items: <-18C
- General retail coolers were at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- General retail freezers were at or below -18 degrees Celsius.

Sanitation:
- Hand washing sinks were adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottles had 200 ppm QUATS solution.
- Sanitizer dispensers had 200 ppm QUATS.
- Ware washing sinks were equipped with plugs.
- Meat cutter is used inside the walk-in cooler at temperatures less than 10 degrees Celsius.
- Overall sanitation was satisfactory.

Pest Activity:
- No signs of pest activity were noted at the time of inspection.
- Food was stored off the floor.
- Back door was closed at the time of inspection.

Administration:
- Temperature logs were up to date.
- Delivery logs were up to date. Returned items are tracked.
- Damaged and discarded items are tracked. Logs were up to date.

COVID-19 Safety measures are in place. Ensure the COVID-19 Safety plan is updated to meet the requirements of the newest Public Health Orders.
