Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed cut cardboard boxes lined along the bottom of the wall behind/beside cooking equipment. Cardboard material is not of suitable design for adequate cleaning and potential fire hazard
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove all cardboard and education provided to not use them, regular cleaning must be conducted. Operator removed them at the time of inspection
