Observation: Quat sanitizer concentration far below 200 ppm, test strips not present to test solution.
Correction: Acquire test strips and test solution at least 2 twice a week. Solution should be replenished multiple times a week if it is being used. Solution concentration to be at 200 ppm

Observation: Customer washroom sink faucets have a low volume of water and appears to be at low temperature
Correction: Adjust water supply and temperature. The water temperature is not to be greater than 44 Celsius, US food code references 38 Celsius for mix water supply for handwashing

Re-inspection
Corrective action taken, Hand washing sink water supply at 38 Celsius with adequate flow.
Quat based sanitizer at 200 ppm and solution is replaced daily.
Hot water tank drip tray has been clean and is scheduled for routine cleaning.
