Note: Only dried foods stored/sold here. - General sanitation is satisfactory. - Handwashing station available, supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. - Two compartment sink in the back. - Sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. - Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. - No signs of pest activity. - Foods properly covered in the bulk food dispensing area. - Random audits conducted for food condition. - Better organization required in the back storage unit. - Gloves used by staff to dispense food items in the bulk bins.
