All items from the previous report were corrected. Pest control has been on site and has sealed all holes/ entry points. New traps were also installed. Discussed methods of pest proofing the building with the owner. The hot holding unit was repaired, was > 60 C and had an accurate thermometer inside. Ensure that food is always kept above 60 C. Cleaning was completed. Ensure that this is done regularly.
