*Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 9, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B5DTPD) - Cleaning has been performed in the dry storage area - Pest control has provided service. Report available. Regular pest control service has not been decided yet. - Hand washing station repairs are currently a work in progress. Cold water supply has not been turned off. - Operator will obtain a probe thermometer as mentioned during routine inspection. Ensure logs are maintained once thermometer is available. *Continue to clean regularly throughout the kitchen and dry storage area to avoid pests. Keep back door closed when not in use. *Call the health inspector to arrange a follow-up inspection once the remaining issues have been fixed.
