Routine inspection: Nail services: Hand sink in service area provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels. Nippers, clippers, and metal cuticle pushers disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution (expiry date 03/07/2019). All buffers, sanding blocks and files single use. Pedicure tub disinfected with bleach solution after use. Credo blades single use and discarded into a sharps container. Waxing: All wax strips and sticks single use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. Bed sheets changed after each client. Laundry services done onsite. Threading: All threads single use. Laser hair removal: Laser warning sign posted on door to treatment room. Mirror in treatment room provided with curtain for covering during laser hair removal service. Hand sink in treatment room provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Hand pieces disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Eyes lined with single use paper towel then opaque goggles provided to clients. Goggles wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. IPL machine provided with emergency on/off button and requires a key for operation. Eyelash and eyebrow tinting: Combinal provided not provided with warning statement discarded by operator. Refectocil product provided with warning statement and service is provided by trained individual only.
