Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink next to the dry storage area well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle measured at 100ppm. 2-compartment sink available for food preparation. sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, bar undercounter cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit not in use at the time of inspection as no banquet is in session.
Ice Machine observed to be in sanitary condition.

Bar handwashing sink paper towel dispenser is refilled at the time of the event.
