Routine Inspection Handwash stations all equipped with liquid soap, single use paper towels and hot/cold running water. 200 ppm QUATS measured at 3 compartment sinks and sanitizing bucket for wiping cloths. All coolers and walk in cooler is <4C All freezers are <-18C Hot holding of gravy, cooked meats at >60C Cooked eggs hot holding at 40C and is discarded after 20 minutes. Inside of ice machine is maintained in sanitary condition. Clean debris underneath ice machine. No signs of pest at time of inspection Temperature logs are being maintained.
