- Clean up has been done.
- Bleach sanitizer available - measured at 100ppm. Ensure to equip a designated bucket for sanitizer use only. Do not use the bucket for food preparation/storage.
- Discussed re-locating chicken prep station. Do not set up the prep station above the grease trap area. Move them to the cart in front of the deep fryer. Operator in agreement.

Ensure to keep the current level of sanitation. Cleanliness and use of sanitizer will be checked during the next routine inspection.
