Observation: Food spills noted inside upright coolers/freezer in back room- under/behind equipment -behind in back room staff washroom cleaning and organizing.
Corrective Action(s): Clean those noted area.

* Noted changes in the facility- more coolers added- a change in menu noted - Please send a revised list of menu- noted pre-made packaged foods in display cooler (website noted not proper address) submit a list of all food supplier with name, phone number and physical address- pls note all products must be from approved suppliers

-Handsink and washroom supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap & paper towel
-Sanitizer bottle, and third sink noted 200 QUATS
*Ensure all chemical bottles/containers are properly labelled, discard any unknown bottles or chemicals
-No signs of pest activity noted
-General sanitation is ok except noted areas.

* Remove all wiping cloths from the washroom - store them in closed bin or in shelving NOT IN WASHROOM
*Temp log sheet is on site and up to date- add monitoring data for sanitizer level on the log (a least twice daily)
*Discussed allergy - no grantee and it is posted/communicated with customers

Ensure to have copies of FS trained staff on site for verification- there must be at least one person with valid FS training on present at each shift.
